Job Summary:Handling most of coordination tasks in recruitment section, recruitment process & after recruitment process. Any additional tasks assigned by Hr. Dept. Manager & recruitment supervisor.Executive and Technical Duties• Searching for suitable candidates in data bank and other recruitment recourse • Entering applicants information in data bank • Coordinating & organize interviews projects • Coordinating with selected candidate • Completing all new employees files • Entering new employees information in SAP system • Printing new employees contracts • Following up all Human recourses development found contracts and completing their requirement documents. • Following up with non Saudi selected candidates finalize their issues to be insure about their working documents are legally.• Completing all probation period process of for new staff• Following up all Human recourses development found contracts and completing their requirement documents. • Generate all require reports Required Education & Experience:B.Sc. or Diploma in Administration or related major or A minimum of one year in a related field
